Hello,

I have an open work permit which i got through BUNAC. It is due to expire April 22nd 2010. I have recently applied for my P.R card through my province (B.C) under the BC Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).

I am afraid that I will not have a response back before my work permit expires. I have spoken to my employer and they wish for me to continue working through out.

What action can I take to continue working during the processing time of the application?

You would need to seek a Labour Market Opinion Confirmation, followed vy an inland change-of-terms or new work permit application.
