Recently I have extended my work permit and now I need to extend my Entry Visa (i need a temporary resident visa to re-enter to Canada). I sent my Temporary Resident Visa application with passport on July 20th to Buffalo Visa Office. But still I haven't got any replies. I sent email asking about the status. The answer was "We do not offer individual counselling"

How much time this process takes and when I will be able to get my passport back to plan home trip?
