I know that the Toronto CIC office issues emergency work permits.

But for Vancouver applicants who wish to get emergency work permits, are there any CIC offices that they can go to get the permit on the same day?

If anyone got an emergency work permit issued from the Vancouver CIC office, could you please let me know the address of the office?
