Documents need to be authenticated?

Postby elino on Thu Feb 15, 2007 9:07 pm

Hello, my wife and daughter are applying for visa to Canada. I am presently on work permit here in Alberta. My wife is applying under the spousal program. Does the birth certificate of my daughter need to be authenticated? They are going to submit their application in Manila.

Thanks.

Each visa office has different requirements regarding documentation. Notarization of documentation is not a typical requirement of the work permit application procedure, but you must refer to the specific instructions of the office that you are using to verify this.
