My 2-year TRV and WP as Live-in Caregiver will expire on January 12, 2011 and there's a remarks that "You must Leave Canada on January 12, 2011) Now my employer are willing to extend and just got the new contract. Do I need to get a new LMO before applying Extension of Work Permit? My employer extend me 1 more year. Thanks a lot guys.

Yes, a new LMO will be needed prior to applying for renewal of the work permit.

Does every person applying for an extension of work permit require a new LMO? Or is that just for live in caregiver?

This is a common requirement for all occupations, other than cases that are specifically LMO exempt.
