I am currently in Canada on visitor's visa planning to go back home to Poland and applly for PR (skilled worker).

I have a few questions:
what is the difference between Arranged Employment opinion and Labour Market Opinion?

If I find an employer being here and go back to Poland I will have to wait at least 24 month before I get the PR. Meanwhile, is my future employer going to have a vacancy or employ someone on that position?

If during the period of my waiting for the application to be considered the situation in the emplyer's company changes, will it affect my application?
