just a quick question; where can I found further information about this pilot project and do I as a Software Developer (NOC 9990.5) qualify for this? Does that mean my company wouldn't have to get a Labour Market Opinion?

Employers are not required to seek a separate Service Canada Confirmation in a case in which the application is consistent with this program.
