I will be going to Canada with my husband on dependent visa.Would I be able to work in Canada in dependent work visa ? If not then how do I get work permit for working in Canada being dependent.

If your husband obtains a work permit of 6 months or greater in a high skill occupation, then it would be possible for you to seek an open work permit for a similar duration as his. If the above requirements are not met, then a work permit would have to be sought on the basis of an offer of employment, and may be subject to the requirement of an LMO.
