I've applied to Buffalo for WP while being a business visitor in Canada (I'm not from the US). But my visitor status expires soon.

Do I get deemed status after my current visitor status expires while application is being processed in Buffalo? (like when applying for extension or restoration) or there's no connection between application for WP outside and my todays status in Canada?

Should I apply for extension, if yes what can be chance for success? The problem I see I've done it already and I dunno if applying for 2nd time in a row will work for me (I've been a visitor since Nov 2005).

Hmm..You are kind of going thru the same situation I am going thru here in Canada.

Deemed status applies only to cases in which an application for extension or change-of-terms is submitted inland by an eligible applicant. Your Buffalo application does not confer such.
