I came to Canada 4 years ago from the UK with my husband and 2 kids. My husband had a study visa and I had an open work visa. 4 years later my husband is 18 months into a 2 year pgwp. My husband does not like his job but we thought he couldn't change his job on this permit. Were we wrong? Also if he does find a job he likes can we extend our visa whilst we apply for PR? I've worked as a nurse here for 4 years but apparently we can only get apply through me if I have a full-time position but that isn't going to happen - we have 3 small kids.
