I am here on work permit as Teacher, and now I am getting a job offer as a Live-IN-caregiver.

Do I have to leave the Canada or can I get my workpermit after getting HRSDC approval as Live-IN Caregiver. I am very worried please reply at the earliest.

An inland application for change of terms would allow you to change your designation, and would not require that you leave Canada. The delays for such cases are between 30 and 45 days at present.
