My Husband has got a 3year work permit as a Hotel Counterstaff in Alberta. As he has got experience in supervisory posts he is thinking of changing jobs or changing employers for a higher job post. Is that possible? If possible, will the same work permit valid for 3years apply for the new job as well or is it he has to apply for another work permit with new employer?

A new work permit would generally be required for a change of position.
