I am a Indian Citizen currently working in US on a H1 and I have been in US for close to 6 years. If I get a Canadian work offer with validity for 1 year..

# Do I have travel to India for work permit stamping ?
# Or Can I get the work permit stamping in US and move directly to Canada from US ?
#If I go to canada ,whether I can apply for PR and If so what will be the processing time?

You could apply and travel directly from the USA. You may apply for PR while in Canada thereafter, the delays for which would be in the range of 18-28 months based on current delays at the visa offices in the USA (48+ months in India).
