Canadian Experience Class

Postby hworld on Fri Nov 05, 2010 9:04 pm

Hi,

1) After applying Intra-company transfer class of Work Permit, if I work full-time for more than 2 years within 3 years term in Canada, can I qualify to apply for Canadian Experience Class of PR application?

2) And if I still be paid by my foreign company while I am working in Canada as transferee, do I have to abide by my original country's working law (i.e. holiday, vacation pay, travel compensation, especially tax) or by Canadian working law?

Thanks a lot!

1) Typically, yes, assuming that your occupation is considered skilled (NOC 0, A, or B).

2) Impossible to answer within the scope of this forum. There are too many factors to consider.
