Canadian education, and Work experience

Does anyone here had the opportunity to receive Canadian education, and obtained Canadian work experience? Someone who is currently on a post-graduate permit, and who is waiting for his/her PR to be approved?

I have been here over 13 years; I had completed junior high, high school, and university here in Canada, and had 2-1/2 years of Canadian working experience. My assessment point is around the mid to high 80s.

I had sent my PM application to Buffalo, and my question

my question is: with my circumstances, , would this expedite my PR process, given that I have been in Canada for more than 12-years? And how long does it
usually take for someone like me?
