Hi,

I am currently based out of Toronto on a Canada Work Permit (Intra Company Transfer) visa from my current employer.

I would like to enquire & understand, if i can change jobs to a new employer in Canada? What visa formalities are involved from both self & new employer's perspective.

Please provide suitable suggestions.

You may change employment but must obtain a new work permit prior to being able to start work at such. Depending on the details of your nationality, qualifications, and the position, you may also require a Labour Market Opinion approval prior to being eligible for the work permit.
