Hi i have a question

1. i have Post Graduate work permit in Canada(i did not need HRDC for that) and i have completed 1 year of Full time work in Canada. Can i Claim 15 points under Arranged Employment?

OR only those who get work permit after HRDC approval are entitled to get work permit?

Any help `ll be appreciable.
