I am a lesbian in a relationship with another woman, and I'm in the process of migrating to Canada under the skilled worker visa program. My question is this: if I marry my girlfriend in Canada, will she be able to remain in Canada with me even though she doesn't have a skilled worker visa? She is a Korean citizen and I am an American.
