hi, im 20 years old, and a company offers me a job. Someone sponsors a job on me in Canada but the age limit for workers is 21 years. Could i possibly be hired and get a work permit there?

Other - possibly - than youth programs, work permits are not necessarily limited by age. You can seek a work permit if you otherwise meet the Canadian visa requirements.
