Respected sir/madam,

My self rahul Chaudhari working in Canada (Edmonton) on work permit with Moxies classic grill from 14st Sept 2008.. Sir/madam last year I got married so I want apply for open work permit for my wife & my work permit & visa will expiry date on 15 Sept 2011... My company is extending my work permit for one year, is it possible I can apply for my wife open work permit when ever I will apply for my new work permit from Canada???? Right now she is in India doing a job as a lecture in collage.. She done her education in Master in Health Science ( Dietetics ) From Pune India.... In Aug 2010 I apply for her visitor visa from India & in Oct 2010 from Buffalo both time her visa was reject... Because their is no grantee she will come back to India after her duration... So please tell me thebest way to bring my wife to Canada on Dependant visa, Open work permit need to apply from India or Canada & last one Visitor Visa..

So please guide which is the good & Garanted way to take her to Canada..

It is not clear that an open work permit for your spouse is an option, as your occupation would have to be classified as highly skilled (i.e., National Occupational Classification 0, A, or B). The exception would be if you have been nominated by a province for permanent resident status, which is not apparent here.

Regardless, admissibility as a foreign worker does require that the immigration officials find the candidate admissible as a visitor (i.e., temporary resident). This is the basis of your prior refusals and must be addressed if your spouse is to be granted admission to Canada in any temporary category. Sufficient evidence of ties to the home country would be needed; however, the tie to a spouse in Canada can overwhelm even the best such evidence.
