Aussie looking for work on the slopes-what forms to fill in?

Postby aussieskibunny on Mon Sep 19, 2011 10:06 am

Hi,
I am an Australian currently on a European adventure and I have decided to by pass Canada for a ski season before heading back to Australia. I intend to travel to Canada at the start of November and attend the job fair and hopefully find work.

I know I need to some sort of Visa but I feel like I am going in circles and I am confused as to what forms I need to fill in and how/where to find this information.

Looking forward to your advice,

Thank you in advance.

As an Australian citizen, you may wish to start by evaluating your eligibility for youth worker programs such as the SWHP or SWAP. If you are not eligible, then you will require a job offer from a Canadian employer, a Labour Market Opinion Approval, and a work permit.
