Your question is not clear. If you receive an offer of indefinite employment, then this may translate to a work permit or an Arranged Employment Opinion for a skilled worker application. However, you would need to follow normal recruiting processes with prospective employers to obtain such an offer.

This is my situation
I spoken with some company and they want to offer me a permanent full-time job
offer, but we don't understand if they can do! The NOC is B but in Skilled
Trade like a painter! So my university degree it's in Natural Science, and i
have 1 year experience as Laboratory Assistant NOC B! It is possible to apply,
or the job must be related to my field of study or experience, because I know
some people they have 5 years experience like engineer and they get a permanent
resident under Skilled Worker with arrangement employment for welders in
factory! So I went to the immigration and they don't know, they just told me to
go to the Service of Canada and good luck, I went there and they don't know
nothing about this question!

I hope i was more clear

Await for your reply
