I am currently holding PGWP and working as QA Automation specialist in TO. My work permit is valid till sept 2011 and I was wondering if I apply for FSW immigration in sept 2009. Is my work and work permit considered arrange employment.

You can qualify for the points for Arranged Employment on the basis of such a work permit if your Canadian employer offers to continue to employ you for an indeterminate period after becoming a permanent resident.

yeah, on the employment letter it says that I have been offered a permanent job by the company.

hi im a food and beverage server, my employer is applying me for another LMO last feb.2009.the LMO said its too soon to apply for another bec my work permit expired july 2009. Last month march2009 they applied me for PNP. My question is how many months or weeks do i need to wait for the results if im approved for nominee? bec im worried they said they will not gona applied for new LMO bec if i get approved for nominee no need for LMO to apply for work permit? im afraid bec how many days left from now to the expiration of my work permit.thanks
