This is my situation. i am on a work premit (software developer) from april 2006 in canada , I was in usa before moving to canada for last 4 years. Although my home country is INDIA. am i eligible to apply for my PR from buffalo since its faster compared to india.

Do you know if i have to be in canada for a certain amount of time before i can apply for PR from buffalo

There is no minimum duration for which you must be in Canada prior to applying as long as you are otherwise eligible to use the Buffalo office.
