there is two parts to my question

1. I will be traveling back to my home country after graduating from university (4 year undergraduate program) in june. I plan on applying for a PGWP before leaving in case I wanted to come back ( and also easier to apply for TRV as it is required for entry for my citizenship). Is it possible to apply and leave the country before CIC approves of my PGWP ? My plan is to have it mailed to a friend who leaves in Canada and have her mail it to me after.


2. From my understanding, PGWP is only issued once for an individual in a lifetime. If i were to come back for graduate school and apply for PR after that, should i wait until then to apply for the PGWP so i can extend my stay within the country longer after graduating Grad school? ( given that i am sure i wont be back until grad school). Or does applying for PR automatically permits me to stay within the country after. What is your suggestion?
