Hi,

I will be looking to apply for a youth programme visa when I am already within Canada. I am fairly sure that this cannot be done so I am looking for what other options I would have. Is it possible to apply from the USA even if I am an Irish citizen or do I need to apply from my home country (Ireland - I have an Irish passport). Also how long would the process be expected to take, is it still 6 - 8 weeks in the states? I would be looking to stay in Canada for as long as possible during this process but travelling to America for a period of time is an option. Also where would I have to apply and what would I have to bring with me?
