I am from Portugal and will be going to Toronto as an intra-company transferee. I have all the documentations ready.

Just wondering can I apply the work permit at the border of entry instead of sending applications to visa office overseas and have to wait for 2 months? Because this is faster and the company wants me to start ASAP.
