With regards, I am a self founded researcher visiting professor now.
My visa category is WX1 and it is valid till March 2011 , also I can get a job offer from a private academy for NOC 4166 (The emplyer wants to start special mathematics program for tops student and i have Ph.D. in Mathematics) So , can I apply for temprory work permit from inside of Canada? (I have just 4 months time limit)
Do you have any recomandation to help me to stay in Canada for 1 year? I geuss that I can receive my PR within 9 month.

As a visitor, you are not eligible to apply for a new work permit inland. You may apply while you are in Canada, but the case must be submitted to a visa office abroad. Depending on nationality, you may also be able to apply for a new work permit at a port of entry if you are passport-visa exempt.
