Apply for immigration without the whole year Can.experience

Hi, My name is Yuki. I am going to apply for immigrate after I finished my work permit. In fact, I got my work permit on Sept. 08, 2006 and it will expiry on Sept. 07, 2007. However, my employer released me due to shortage of work load on Oct 27, 2006. And I found another job and got the new work permit on Nov 15. 2006. In my case, there have a 2 weeks and 3 days' gap between my new and old job. I knew I need a whole year experience to apply immigration. Will this situation affect my application? If yes, can you give me any idea to solve it? Thank you very much!

Applicants in the Skilled Worker program are generally required to have a minimum of one year of full time eligible work experience. Submission of an application prior to obtaining such may result in refusal of the case.
