Hi Sir ,

Few months ago i applied through a agency which is situated in canada for LMO . The Agency was only the link of communication between me and my employer . the job was supervisor in restaurant . my location of work in lmo was of different Province but they (immigration agency and employer) changed my Location to BC with-out informing me .

From the day i started working i m not given right wages , working hours Which is mentioned in The LMO. MY lmo is Supervisor but i work is of TEAM member.

When ever i talk to employer and the agent they never reply me with any written communication . there is no Positive Response From them . and i dont know how long this will be continued . feeling very bad to come here....

CAN U PLZ SUGGEST what should i do ....can i complain about them ....and can get open lMO .
