I'm a Philippine resident who wants to work in Canada, then an email from a potential employer in Canada is interested to interview me and possibly be a part of their company, but he wanted me to visit their company for the said interview., what should i do? what kind of visa should I get? thanks...

You would need to obtain a temporary resident visa (i.e., visitor visa) in order to travel to Canada to attend the interview. This would seem to be a dramatic effort for a first interview.

question...is a Sales Representative job for a box corrugating company needs a LMO? if so, what are your tips that should I tell to my employer in order to have a positive LMO? it seems to me this is the first time that my employer will request an LMO. thanks!
